M-FIX® is a fixative spray that is suitable for the wet fixation of gynaecological and non-gynaecological preparations processed in Papanicolaou staining. M-FIX® contains polyglycols in alcoholic solution and a rapid and secure fixation of specimens is possible. Its formulation enables stabilization of the material upon alcohol fixation and forms a protective film against desiccation and damage to the specimen material. 100 ml M-FIX® is sufficient for approx. 250 applications. As an IVD product and CE registered, it can be used hassle-free in diagnostics and laboratory accreditations.
